A person reviews before publishing
No opaque algorithm decides what gets in. Every survey goes through human review by the scientific team.
When you upload a set, it joins the validation queue. The team checks that the GPS metadata is consistent, that the polygon matches the declared area and that the material shows no obvious violations (overflight of sensitive populations, species during critical periods).
If something does not add up, we write to you directly. No silent rejection, no opaque score. The review is operational, not editorial: we validate technical quality and protocol compliance, not the scientific value of your work.
